A: This is an automatic enhancement that we will roll out to all of our LNB customers. Based on extensive customer testing, we are confident that all users will benefit from our enhancements.
Q: Will this enhancement affect my subscription?
A:No, your LNB subscription will remain as it is.
Q: Is this a migration to a different platform?
A: No, the product platform and content will remain unchanged; it is simply a new design and layout.
Q: Do I need a new username and password?
A: Your existing username and password will still be valid.
Q: Will my Preferences remain?
A: Yes, any preferences made will all be transferred over automatically.
Q: Will there be adequate training?
A: Yes, we are planning on making screen shots and training materials available in a wide range of formats. Our normal training services will also be available if necessary, although we are confident that the new screens will be easy to pick up the first time you try.
