Charles Beer
Charles Beer is the Senior Partner in KPMG’s Real Estate Tax practice and is responsible for the firm’s tax services to the property sector in the UK. He is also a member of KPMG’s International Real Estate and Construction Committee. Charles advises a number of large property groups, and has been closely involved in the development of the REIT regime. He is a member of the Industry Technical Group which has been in discussions with HM Treasury and HM Revenue & Customs on the draft rules.
