John Watson
John Watson is head of the tax department and is based in London. He has expert knowledge of the taxation of funds, real estate, private equity and corporate and financing transactions.
John also specialises in tax litigation. He writes the chapters on Investment Trusts and Enterprise Zones for Tolley's Tax Planning, and the chapters on On-Shore Limited Partnerships and Pension Fund Pooling Vehicles for Tolley's Taxation of Collective Investment. He is a member of the Tax Committee of the British Venture Capital Association and of the Business Tax Forum.
