Mark heads a firm of Chartered Tax Advisers specialising in giving proactive advice to entrepreneurs and in particular to those entrepreneurs who are non-domiciled in the UK. He trained with Deloitte & Touche in Guernsey, and has over 13 years experience of advising clients on complex tax structures, particularly those with offshore trusts and companies. Mark has specialised in providing creative tax solutions to individual clients and their families in order to preserve their wealth for future generations. His particular interests include tax planning for non-UK domiciled persons who are resident in the UK, and in-bound investment in UK real estate and businesses through offshore structures. Mark has regularly lectured with Lexis Nexis on the subjects of residence and domicile. His work on domicile and tax planning has been published in Tolley's Tax Planning 2007/2008.
