Andrew Petersen is a partner in K&L Gates' London office. Andrew concentrates his practice in the area of bank financing and securitization, advising lenders and borrowers on secured and structured domestic and international debt. Andrew has spent a period of time in the US, acting for US loan originators advising on CMBS origination through to securitization, and has unique crossover experience in the US and European CMBS secondary loan markets in acting for high-yield investors purchasing subordinatedbonds, B notes and mezzanine loans. Andrew is on the CMSA-Europe Board of Governors.
Andrew has provided advice on more than 150 transactions with a combined value of more than £15.5 billion and was recently named one of Institutional Investor News’ 10 Rising Stars of Securitization for 2008.
