Eleanor is an associate in the Real Estate practice group. Her practice includes acting for institutional landlords in lease negotiations, and setting up standard form lease documentation for commercial buildings and industrial sites. Eleanor has also represented occupational tenants in taking office leases in major UK cities including relocations for corporate headquarters.
As part of her wider practice, Eleanor also acts for landowners on the sale and purchase of commercial property across the retail, office and industrial sectors, has co-ordinated the property aspects of corporate transactions and acts for developers in acquiring, developing and selling off development sites. She is also part of the Projects Group in the firm, working on the property elements of large PFI project
