Greg Sinfield specialises in VAT and other indirect taxes (including insurance premium tax, customs duty, excise duty and other indirect taxes) in Lovells’ Business Tax Group. He advises on a broad range of transactions across the corporate, commercial real estate and financial services sectors and deals with different types of related litigation including judicial review, condemnation proceedings and appeals in relation to VAT, customs duty, excise duty, IPT and landfill tax.
Greg is a solicitor advocate and represents clients in appeals in the VAT and Duties Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and European Court of Justice
