Philip Harle advises UK and international clients in relation to the taxation of business and investment activities. He advises on the full range of corporate taxation issues and has particular experience with capital markets, structured finance and banking transactions, especially securitisations and other bond issues. He advises major international organisations on the tax aspects of their corporate deals (especially acquisitions and mergers) as well as in relation to their internal tax affairs (including group restructurings and reorganisations). His clients include FCE Bank plc and ITV plc.
