Important information regarding software upgrades

LexisNexis^® are pleased to advise users that the newest version of Hotdocs^® player 2008 will be available with all LexisNexis Butterworths^® Forms products from August 4th 2008

All England Law Reports - Split CDs

The content of the All England CD will soon become too big to fit on a single disc.

From April 2007 the content will be split into two separate discs.

The first disc will contain the complete updated set of the All England Law Reports from 1936 to date.  The second disc will contain the All England (EC) series, the All England Consolidated Tables and Index and the monthly noticeboard. Both discs will be updated monthly.

The change will not affect your ability to search across the whole of the content.
Once loaded, both discs will form an integrated and searchable bank of information.

Taxation CD - April 2007

As a result of the continual increase in the size of the data on the Tax CD, we have decided to remove the 2005/06 Yellow & Orange Tax Annuals Tab from the April Tax CD. This data will be added to the Tax Annual Archive CD which will also be produced in April, rather than August this year.

We are currently looking at a long-term solution to the size issue and will be writing to you later in the year to inform you of the outcome.    

Tax Annual Archive CD - April 2007

Due to the size of the data on the Tax Annual Archive CD, we are issuing a second CD.

This CD will be called Tax Annual Archive CD Disc 2 and will contain the 2005/06 Yellow & Orange Tax Annuals data, which has been moved from the April Tax CD.

It will work alongside your existing Tax Annual Archive CD from last year and should be installed in the usual way. You must keep your original Tax Annual Archive CD, as this will be static from now on and contains Yellow and Orange Tax Annuals data from 1993-2005.

If you don't have your 2006 Tax Annual Archive CD, please contact us and we will send you a new one.
